Helps my stress levels

I started with half a dose to see how my body responded. So far I am very impressed. I have a very high stress life and taking 1 of these before bed helps me fall asleep and stay asleep within an hour of taking it. Will definitely keep taking them.

Not meant for sleep but it definitely works

I've been taking this at night an hour before I go to bed and I've noticed it helps me sleep. It helps me calm down and relax to make falling asleep easy and staying asleep the whole night. I've also felt calm through out the day no feeling of anxiety creeping up mid day.

Great fast effective short term solution

had palpitations all morning, worse in the afternoon. tried to take a nap but failed for 2 hours at that. went to vitamin shoppe asking for their bottle of ashwagandha of 470mg. sales rep gave me other options, listened to my symptoms and recommended thrive relax and restore above the other brands and mixes. I also picked it because he stated he takes it before a school exam and it worked for him. besides suffering from PTSD, I enrolled in school and have midterms so I was desperate for immediate relief. Took it around 5pm and symptoms subsided by 6pm. its now almost 10pm and I feel relaxed. I don't feel drowsy or sleepy and was able to put in 3 solid hours of studying this evening. Will continue to take as a short term solution.

This product is a great blend of ingredients that promote sound sleep & optimal recovery. I have routinely taken this product, on my 4th bottle now & I can't say enough good things about it. I am a very active, and working 28 year old. Optimizing sleep with my busy lifestyle is key to staying healthy + sane :) I take this, along with 200mg of magnesium glycinate + a probiotic prior to bed. Yes, there is already magnesium glycinate in the product, however I do find the dose to be a bit low at only 100mg.

Nature?s CALM.

I?ve being dealing with anxiety and a hypersensitive nervous issues for many years. Benzos helped for a while but eventually the after effects of taking them caused extreme tension for me. I?ve tried many natural remedies that I couldn?t really tell if they worked but these worked! I could start to feel a difference after day 2! My body is calmer and at times that I?d normally feel anxious, it?s Very minimal and my body doesn?t go into a full panicky state! I know it?s someone out there reading this who?s suffering, please give these a try!!
