The label is impossible to read! Invisible ink couldn't be more impossible. Why even print it if they do such a bad job.

Upset stomach, we take this. We can't break down a lot foods so we faithfully take these. Especially prior to eating dairy.

These have worked really well for me. I have tried others including The Vitamin Shoppe Digest Extra and these are best for my body. Digest extra caused me to run to the bathroom right after meals, but it may be effective for others. These enzymes have always been effective for my IBS needs, I started using them on a daily basis about 6months ago and will forgo the digest extra and go back to these. I take it before my meal and do not have to run to the bathroom right afterwards anymore. Everyone's chemical make up is different, so it may be a bit of trial and error trying to find the right enzymes. Having IBS and finding the right enzymes can is life changing!

Don't buy these unless you have consulted A medical Professional
My wife bought these digestive enzymes because she had her gallbladder removed and they recommended these on a video,unfortunately they have caused major side effects like acute cramping,diarrhea, and vomiting. I highly recommend anyone who is considering these to please consult a Medical Professional for an honest opinion because these are plant based but they can really really affect you to the point that all the side effects mimic a really bad food poisoning.

It will make food go right through you
Don't order unless you want an uncomfortable cleanse. I have used other digestive enzymes with no issue, but these cause diarrhea. Even only having one pill a day with dinner will have me waking up in the middle of the night with terrible cramps and water works. Not fun.

I don't like running out of this product! It helps with breaking down food, keeping me regular without gas/bloating. It does have a unique mint flavor, whichI love. I've tried other capsules before and none compared to this wonderful plant based product. Highly recommended!

Omg I can't praise these enough. I've told whoever has digestive issues to try these. These have helped my digestion process so much. Out of 4 these are the only ones that shown so much improvement

Best Answer:  The lines that show "0" (with the exception of lactase) are the lines telling the type of enzyme listed below it .... i. e. Protein Digesting Enzyme Blend refers to protease and bromelain below it.

Best Answer:  I am sorry. I do not know. I can take asprin, so do not have the problem. This product works for my daughter's digestive problems, and helps a lot if I eat too much fat.

Soy oil can legally exist in low amounts without being listed. ie. mag. stearate, etc. I understand no soy, soy oil, or soy derivative in this digestive enzymes product, correct? Also All aspirin and Salicylates (fruit and veg) products causes angioedema. Can I be safe with this product?

I need to find out mg value on "the vitamin shoppe digestive enzymes specialty capsules of Bromeliad 25,000 PU. I can't seem to convert that into mg...need help. Can PU be converted into milligrams??

Best Answer:  In an assay one FCC Papain Unit (PU), for example, is defined as that quantity of enzyme that liberates the equivalent of 1 µg (or mcg - microgram) of tyrosine per hour under the conditions of the assay.
