    Exceptional taste
    I have tried over 10 different protein brands over the years, but it wasn't until a friend recommended Dymatize ISO 100 that I found the perfect fit. The taste is unparalleled and stands out among all others. I'm not one to leave reviews often, but as someone who transformed from being overweight to muscular, I can confidently say that Dymatize deserves more than just 5 stars. It's truly exceptional!

    Great macros and mixes smoothly but the taste is sub par and it's too expensive unless there's a sale. Also found a couple black/brown specks in my tub and Dymatize refused to refund me. Not worth buying again due to the poor customer service and bland taste. Vanilla can taste good but their's doesn't.

    I gave Dymatize Whey isolate protein a try for half a week because I know a lot of people that stand by it. It has a higher chalky taste than other brands. After about 4 days it did not sit well in my digestive system.

    Best Answer:  There is no substitute for protein & carbs than good food selection. Iso 100 is an excellent compliment to good food selection at the appropriate time. Purchase the book "Nutrition timing" by John Ivy (Dept. head of kinesiology Univ. of Texas) & Robert Portman (director of research Pacific Health Laboratories).

    Best Answer:  The manufacturer lists "ISO100 is formulated using a cross-flow microfiltration, multi-step purification process that preserves important muscle-building protein fractions while removing excess carbohydrates, fat, lactose and cholesterol." This removes most lactose, but there may be some that remains if you are very lactose sensitive.
