Mix 1 scoop of Farm Fed with 6-8 oz of water, milk, or milk substitute. Vary the amount of liquid to taste.

This flavor not it.
I love Axe and Sledge's other protein flavors, but this one lacked so bad. It doesn't taste like a pop tart nor brown cinnamon at all. The best flavor is the marshmallow cereal milk and Nutty squirrel by far.

Not that great, just meh
I was let down by this flavor, fooled by all the (few) amazing reviews out there. The claims by all the "influencers" that this tastes like a straight up pop tart is pure fiction. First taste, you get some weird funk, followed by warm cinnamon followed by brown sugar undernotes. The warm cinnamon and brown sugar flavors are pretty good, but that upfront punch of weird funk is just confounding and disappointing. The only reason I am giving it a 3 star is because it's just decent enough for me to finish the tub.

Great flavor
Love this flavor of the Farm Fed line. Has a semi odd odor in the tub - I expected to smell powdered peanut butter - it's more like an artificial flavor smell perhaps. However the taste is fantastic for both protein shakes and creami recipes. Mixes well.
