Great Taste and Ingredients
I generally eat a very balanced diet, but I do worry about getting enough of certain vitamins and nutrients. I love that the serving size for this product is four gummies because this allows me to take only one or two, if I think I don't need the full supplement. The taste is great, with no aftertaste and all food derived ingredients, which is what I was looking for. I haven't had bloodwork to back up the effects, but still feel confident recommending this product, based on ingredients, taste, and ability to customize amounts.
