Excellent Blend
I use valerian root, lemon balm, and chamomile together occasionally for relaxation and sleep support, as well as L-Theanine for nervous system support, and this has all four and more. It works gradually but not too slow and I wake up feeling well rested. I've already referred a few friends and they're now fans.
