Yep, it works
I enjoy this brand of melatonin, it's simple and effective. I take 2, 10mg 1 hour after a light meal and about 25-45 min before bed.
Additionally, it bears mentioning: be sure to already be comfy, in a cool room with the lights out. No screen time after dinner unless ya want a long restless second wind.

Take 30 min prior to bedtime and fall asleep without any issue and wake up without having that “hangover” feel.

I really like this product. I wanted to try it to get a better quality of sleep. It works! I fall to sleep quickly and definitely have less tossing and turning throughout the night. If you have restless nights, give this a try!

I am really impressed with all of the solgar products I have purchased. I have taken melatonin for awhile and I notice the difference with this product.
