Directions

Adults, take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime. Dissolve in mouth or chew before swallowing. No water necessary.

Not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Not intended to treat insomnia or other sleep disorders. Consult a physician before using this product, if taking medication, have any medical condition, are pregnant or lactating, or have an autoimmune condition or depressive disorder. Melatonin may cause drowsiness; do not take when driving, operating machinery, or consuming alcohol. If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use. For occasional short-term use only. Use as directed and do not exceed suggested use. This product should never substitute healthy sleep practices. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing.

Gave me a headache and did not work
read rave reviews so i decided to try it out. It did NOT get me to sleep and it gave me a headache upon awake. I returned it and went to a different brand. I also did not care for the taste and the texture was harder than other gummies I've tried.

Best Melatonin
This tablet dissolves sublingually 10x faster than my old brand did. Thus my bedtime routine got a lot shorter since I brush my teeth afterwards. Nice taste too!

These were easy for kids to take and the 3mg dose was good for either one or two pills. They tasted good and did not have a bad flavor. We did not experience any bad side effects. This would be good for kids.

I take melatonin every night. I've always been a poor sleeper, so it's one of the tools in my sleep toolbox. This melatonin works as well as any other I have tried. The dissolving tablet kicks in pretty quickly and has a decent flavor. I will definitely purchase this again.
