Directions

Adults, take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime. Dissolve in mouth or chew before swallowing. No water necessary.

Works great
I take melatonin every night. I've always been a poor sleeper, so it's one of the tools in my sleep toolbox. This melatonin works as well as any other I have tried. The dissolving tablet kicks in pretty quickly and has a decent flavor. I will definitely purchase this again.

Convenient
I've used Natrol melatonin for quite a few years now and just recently decided to give the quick dissolve strawberry flavor a try. They taste pretty good as far as dissolvable suplements go and I find them very convenient.

Tasty Sleepy Aid.
Natrol Strawberry Melatonin fast dissolve 10 mg taste great while helping me fall fast asleep. Gmo free, no artificial flavors, made with natural ingredients, no synthetic dyes, and no artificial preservatives. I love using these for my restful sleep. I will continue to use these tasty little morsels.

Useless does not work!
Don't waste your money. I doubt there is even one molecule of Melatonin in this junk. I have used other brands and they helped me get to sleep and stay asleep. I am writing this at 5AM after having taken it at 1 AM when I woke up. I just laid there in the dark wide awake for 4 hours. Again this brand is 100% junk waste of money. BTW last night is the 3rd night having taken it and not in a row, Same useless results each time. They are going in the toilet.

WORKED
I received the Natrol Melatonin a few weeks ago, and glad I did. I do not sleep well at night. I do try products often since I do not want something that might be addicting, this was perfect. I used it last night and actually fell asleep pretty quickly, and stayed asleep past my usual awake time. Did not bother my stomach at all and easy to swallow. Highly recommend!

Easy to Take
For occasional nights when it's hard to get to sleep, these melatonin tablets are easy to take, no water needed. They are a fast dissolve tablet, just put one in your mouth and it's dissolved in seconds. One tablet is melatonin 10mg and works best if taken 20 to 30 minutes before bedtime. I can usually fall asleep easily, but I use these when I'm wide awake and not a bit sleepy at bedtime. I will fall asleep easier and can wake up without any issues. Always check with your physician if you are taking other medications.
