Quercetin is an antioxidant that helps scavenge free radicals in the body and protect cellular membranes. Bromelain is a naturally-occurring enzyme found in pineapples that promotes protein digestion. Put them both together and you have a supplement that will help your immune system stay up to snuff as the seasons change.

Simply take one vegetable capsule up to three times per day to support your immune system all year long.

Take one (1) vegetable up to three (3) times daily, preferably one with each meal.

Best Answer:  Roberto, if you are suffering from a stroke, or you already had one, then you need a doctor's help to work with you on all of this. You never mentioned if you have a health problem, nor if you are consulting with a doctor. Bromelain is an herb. Sometimes certain herbs can negate, or reduce the effect of one another. Bromelain helps with digestion, if taken between meals. Taken along with a meal, it has an anti-inflammatory effect. Bromelain is also used to treat heart disease, Arthritis, and respiratory tract infection among other uses. I cannot stress on you to be very careful and not to take products just because they are good for this or that. As for Ragweed, over the counter medications ought to help, but again, herbs can affect the meds or vice versa. Also, I hope you do not smoke nor Drink alcohol excessively, because they both affect you negatively. I cannot stress enough that you should see, and consult with a doctor. Doing all this on your own could hurt you in the long run. Before anything, find out what is wrong; it could be a simple solution.

Best Answer:  PECTIN: Because it slows the absorption of food after meals, Pectin is good for people with Diabetes. It also removes unwanted metals and toxins, reduces the side effects of radiation therapy, helps lower cholesterol,and reduces the risk of heart disease and gallstones. Pectin is found in apples, bananas, beets,cabbage,carrots,citrus fruits,dried peas, and okra.

Best Answer:  I know vitamin A does, oregonal drops (orally) or the nasal spray, but it's hot stuff. I have been using the spray regularly now and have far less sinus headaches and allergy issues. But you got to get past the quick initial fizz and burn. You get used to it after awhile, for me it's worth the burn. I suggest checking online to see if Q and B are helpful, it certainly isn't harmful :)
