Excellent antioxidant
If you have thyroiditis and have antibodies you need to take this immediately with myo-inositol. It will 100% help in the reduction of antibodies and in most cases put you in remission and in the normal range. I took this exact supplement and it totally reversed everything postpartum after my first child was born. I now take no pharmaceuticals just vitamins, and ensure this supplement is with me everywhere I go.

Smelly & Sits in the esophagus
Selenium is stinky in this brand. I don't understand why any tablets are shaped in large, flat circles that get stuck right in your throat. This one is larger than the other brand I've used and I will not buy it again!

If i am taking L-tyrosine can I still add Selenium to my supplement routine? or does both supplements do the same functions?

Best Answer:  Yes definitely take both. Pretty sure Selenium has to mix with Tyrosine to enable T3 and T4 in your thyroidMoreover, tyrosine does a million other awesome things for you that selenium does not. All the neurotransmitters that give you energy come from tyrosine

How big are these pills? Are they easy to take?

  They are disc shaped. 3/8 inch in diameter x 1/8 inch thick. Easy for me to take, but then I have found much larger pills easy to take, too.

  The tablets are about 1/4 inch in diameter and are fairly thin. While I find them easy to take, I wouldn't recommend they be given to someone who has difficulty swallowing since they don't dissolve readily in the mouth (they are not meant too....)

  They're round and just a bit smaller than an aspirin, easy to take. I feel they're an important anti-oxident and an aid to men's health (prostate).

Can you please explain the very strong odor this product has and where that comes from since this product is yeast free? It smells so badly, I can barely stand to have the bottle open. I am half tempted to throw them out due to the smell alone.
