Comments about Solaray Vitamin A Dry (25000 IU) - 60 Capsules:

I have Crohn's disease and couldn't absorbe regular Vitamin A as it was fat soluable. Dry A did the trick for me. I was going blind and Dry A is bringing my eyesight back. It's a slow process, but gets a little better every week. I was completely night blind, not any more.

James N: I have no idea, the Vitamin shoppe should know more about that than I do. All I know is it's a good source of Vit A for me because it's water soluable, and I can absorb it, where other liquid A's are fat soluable and I cannot break down the fat in order to absorb it. The reason I cannot is that I've had severe Crohns disease for 51 years. I cannot absorb Vitamins A,D,E, and K. All are so important as I was going blind until I found this Vit. A from Solaray, all is now good with my eyes. Apr 3, 2014

Elizabeth S: According to the label, it contains retinal palmitate from fish. If you're allergic, stay away from it. If it's the taste you're worried about, there is no fishy taste. I've been taking it for 4 years & never noticed a fishy taste. Apr 1, 2014
