Directions

I have been taking vitamins and supplements for over 50 years. I think it has helped me as I still lift weights and shoot at a range. The Solgar brand is Excellent in general. The V75 is a great multi. I even got my wife to take the V75 and that was not easy to do.

Starting my new vitamin regiment, and wondering when is the best time to take my vitamins & supplements? In the morning with breakfast, or when? Will most give me energy so it would benefit me greater in the morning? Who knows?! Thank you :P
