Great for migraine management
My daughter's neurologist recommended this as part of her treatment plan for migraine management. Since we started using this along with magnesium, her migraines have practically gone away. Now her sister stated with migraines and began taking it too. It helps drastically and we notice a difference if even one dose is missed. I went even try another brand because this stuff is amazing.

Small size
Vitamin B2 400 mg per day (4 pills) is effective for migraine prevention. Allow up to 3 months for full effect. I’ve had no side effects. I’ll pay more for this brand without gluten or dairy, and very importantly, the pill size is significantly smaller than other brands! They fit in my pillbox much better and I can swallow more than one pill at once.

For non specific glossitis/sore tongue
If you get sore spots on your tongue, this cures it. Take 3 times per day. Take the minute you get sore spots and they go away after a day or so. I take 2, 3 x per day. It's a miracle cure and I've used it for ages now.
