St. John’s Wort is a yellow flower that’s kind on your eyes and on your mood. This sunny herb contains hypericin, hyperforin, and flavonoids that are believed to promote a balanced mood by improving the availability of neurotransmitters in the brain.

Directions

Take one (1) vegetarian capsule, 1-2 times per day, preferably with meals.

Do not use St. John's Wart if you are pregnant, nursing or taking anti-depressants, HIV protease inhibitors (such as Indinavir) or drugs to prevent organ transplant rejection (such as Cyclosporine). Consult your physician before use if you are taking oral contraceptives, anticoagulants medication (such as Warfarin), selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, or any other medication.
