  Sure. You will be ok with taking more than one a day. I actually started out taking one in the morning and one in the evening for the first few weeks to get them established, now one a day. Remember to eat fiber-rich, whole foods to keep’em flourishing. However, if you’re not use to lots of fibrous whole foods, I suggest slowly ramping up the fiber to help the body acclimate. Hope this helps.

  I take TWO a day, one with breakfast and one with dinner. I have had no issues with digestion, and I feel this is optimum for gut health. Also, you may consider supplementing with a daily PRE-BIOTIC fiber, which essentially “feeds” the probiotics so you get the most benefit for a healthy gut.

  They have higher counts, but I only take the 13 billion and just once a day. I firmly believe taking more is a waste. It can also cause stomach upset.
