Happy with these
I love these! Great taste so it's easy to remember to take them. I deducted one star because a lot of them were broken in the bottle on arrival.

Certified Gluten Free Celiac Safe!
Love Country Life, as a celiac and a bariatric surgery individual these are the only safe vitamins I could find! They are highly effective and taste good! I highly recommend them and rest assured they are Certified Gluten Free! The Cal-Snack has a nice orange vanilla flavor and a chewable which makes it easy to digest and safe for weight loss patients.

Cal-Snacks
I like the product but I am someone who doesn't mind chewables (gummies or non-gummies). However, my shipment was lost and no one bothered to let me know. I kept checking the tracking and the date kept being pushed out. Finally I spoke with someone and they said, oh, yeah, it got lost. No "sorry, can we make this us to you". Nothing. And, shopped elsewhere prior to the call because we ran out.

Cal Snack Chewable
This is my second order. I tried to use a 20% off coupon and when I tried to use the code it came up as invalid. If my order is not credited for the 20% this will be my last purchase with this company.....I will find someone else. I will recommend this product only until I either get my discount or not...we'll see.

Why did you choose this?

It was recommended

because they are chewable calcium

I had bariatric surgery and this is a great product for calcium intake to use.

Amazing flavor!

Is this calcium citrate? why does it say citrate AND carbonate?

Best Answer:  I did buy Cal-SNack Chewable Vanilla/Orange in 2013, and several more bottles recently. I think I can't ANSWER the question, but I'll deal with it the best I can. The marketers who design the label would have to answer the question. BUT: first off, as you probably know, food supplements are not regulated by the FDA, so we have to keep that in mind. Second, probably we both know that the citrate form of calcium is reputed to be more readily digested than the carbonate form. We'd like to think that we're getting a fair share of the citrate, but there's really no telling. Third, I also noticed this non-commital labelling when I purchased these tablets. But maybe you join me in being simply unable to swallow the huge tablets that are available as citrate, so I settled for something I can get into my system regularly by chewing, even though it comes with that uncertainty.
