Love this product works. Was having trouble sleeping through the night, always waking up every two hours. Finally I was tired of waking up like this. I was in herbal store the girl at the counter suggested the tabs ..so I tried the 10 tabs first. Every night a restful sleep. After the bottle was empty I didn't purchase more. Just thought it was me and my sleeping pattern had altered to normalcy. Nope!! I started waking up in the middle of the night again! Needless to say I now take each night. It really works.

Works every time

This product Worked about 80% of the time. It helped me slee
Tranquil Sleep helped me sleep 80% of the time. I thought this was a good result. But..the side effects are more than I can accept for a good nights rest. I used the product for 18 days strait according to the directions. Somewhere after the first week my memory began to fade. It was a gradual thing but got worse. Buy the 19th day I figured out that the memory loss was caused by the Tranquil Sleep. My memory loss was stunning ---- I couldn't remember the names of my grandchildren. I stopped and…

Tranquil Sleet
Out of all the products used, over the counter, prescription sleep aids, Tranquil Sleep is the only natural supplement that has given me 100% results in falling asleep and staying alsleep. I dissolve 2 tablets in my mouth 1-2 hours before going to bed. I don't wake up with a headache. I wake up alert & ready to start my day. There is not one thing that I can find wrong about it. It Works.

Im impressed. .
After havimg 6 month a nightmare with insomnia ..during a big change in my life ..I can sleep again after taking this formula.I tried almost evrything..but it didnt help..Im glad I found Tranquil Sleep!!!!I will also try it for my flight overseas ...I red a revies that says it helps a lot..Will write it after my vacation here!

Great product
This product really works. I travel overseas and get jet lagged. I used it on my last trip and slept soundly every night. I've continued using it at home for a deep and restful night's sleep. I've recommended it to many friends who suffer from insomnia.

Tranquil Sleep
This product helps you to fall asleep. It relaxes you, so that you drift off to sleep. I have not experienced any side effects and I wake up feeling refreshed and alert -- not groggy. My doctor recommended it, as she had personal experience using the product. I also recommended it to my sister -- it helped her fall asleep soundly, but she still woke up during the night (she had this happen on numerous occasions). I think this is a better product for helping you get to sleep initially, rather than ensuring you stay asleep.

Love Tranquil sleep
I have cfs and fibromyalgia so sleeping is usually not an option... I don't like prescription meds and their side affects! I have tried alot of products. I have found tranquil sleep to be the most affective on getting me to sleep and Keeping me asleep. I feel rested and not groggy in the morning. I even started dreaming again... I do highly recommend tranquil sleep. My daughter even loves it too!!!!

Will this product raise my Blood Pressure at all?

  The primary function of this product is to help the consumer fall asleep and attain restful sleep by enhancing relaxation. While it's not a direct benefit, since the product enhances relaxation, it can be implied that one of the side benefits of this product is that it lowers blood pressure in the majority of consumers who use this product in order to promote relaxation. As someone who uses this product myself, and has elevated blood pressure (just shy of prehypertensive), I find this product to be useful, and it works for me as the manufacturer intends.

  Im not sure... however,in my opinion I would think it would not because its a very calming product. Theonine is an inhibitory amino acid and melatonin is a sleep aid. If you are concerned I would definitely go to Michael Murrays website and consult them. Being an insomniac, I have successfully used this product for many years and have not had any problems but am thankful for it.

  I'm not a doctor so I can't answer this for sure, but I know it didn't raise mine. It makes me sleepy. I've used it virtually every night for three years, and my doctor said that was ok.

Does this really work? I have PTSD from the military so I have trouble falling a sleep if I ever do. I tried everything otc and desperate for some good ole snoozing. There are so many pills out theire I've been doing reviews on and need some help. Thanks

  These tablets worked for me. I take 2 when I get into bed and after about 20 minutes I'll feel sleepy and fall asleep. The tablets are tasty and I do not wake up with that groggy feeling. The key is to not stay active - including light reading- past the point where you initially feel tired or else the tablets loose their effect.

  Works really well for me! I usually take one right when I get in bed and I'll have another on the side table in case I wake up during the night. Usually gives me about four hours sleep a tablet. I've been lucky at times and slept about 7 hours without getting up at all. It works well for me and defitepy worth trying!
