Directions

For adults, chew three (3) tablets with a meal, up to three times daily, as needed.

Papaya enzymes

These papaya enzymes really help with digestion
I take them when I feel the need to alleviate indigestion and heartburn

Amazing help for digestion

My midwife recommended these when I was pregnant to help with my heartburn and digestion during pregnancy. They worked instantly and all through the day.
Now, still use these over any other product. Love that they are natural and safe to use.

Best Answer: I am not a medical health professional (for people) I work with animals. But I can't see why not. These enzymes work in the stomach to help "digest" proteins and carbohydrates. As far as I know, nothing is absorbed into the blood stream so should not affect a baby in utero. However, to be safe, ask your doctor.
