Maybe perfect when mixed.

I am 54 years old and have been active and using supplements for most of those years. I normally slam no taste or slightly bad tasting products down my neck and keep it moving. But this is the most vile tasting stuff. It's a little better when mixed with something. If not mixing with something else much better tasting it not possible to ingest without gagging. It not for me.

I love mixing these Greens

I love mixing these Greens in to a morning spinach + frozen mango smoothie, or adding to a bit of orange juice and drinking it straight. It took only a few days to start noticing the benefits!
