Review of the Q Zyme!

The Q Zyme is fantastic! Its a great systemic enzyme that has great ingredients and is great for multiple applications and issues such as gluten intolerance and dairy intolerance! It is a pretty big capsule though which can be difficult to swallow! Pro Tip: take your digestive enzymes 30 minutes before a meal and drink plenty of water with them as they require water for best absorption!

Gave me bad stomach burning

Although this product helped significantly with gas and bloating with digestion, it caused a burning in my stomach multiple times. I am actually going to be returning it.

takes time to work

I used this product because I needed digestive support in terms of gas and stomach noises. This took a while for me to like it. First, the capsules have a scent I'm not familiar with but that same smell would come from you in the form of gas. Bloating was something I first experienced with using this product. It worked better by week 2 but sometimes I experienced heart burn usually at night. I'd take about 3 or 4 capsules daily. I'm not sure if I'd try again. It did silence my stomach and eased my digestion. Please remember to take with lots of water so that scent from the capsules don't get burped so you taste it and will have flatulence that smells like it. This happened every now and then. It's worth a try I think. The effects lasted a while after I finished the bottle.

Potent Digestive Assistance

These Enzymes are more powerful than others that I have used. I like to have both on hand to assist in stimulating proper digestion. Good Product, but they might be a bit too potent for someone with a sensitive tummy.

I am new to digestive enzymes. Garden of Life was recommended to me. What is the difference between Zyme and Zyme Ultra? Strength? Not sure which one to take/order.

Best Answer: Suzanne, The ultra is "stonger" - I am trying ultra to see if i noticed a difference but I can't say I do. It might make a difference if eating large quanties. Garden of Life Life makes a good product.
