Great Product
Great digestive support. I've been using these for years since my Naturopath recommended them. Prefer the version with Betaine HCL.

STAY CLEAR!
I use PE's magnesium supplements and love them, so I was hoping I'd love these, but I don't. They cause severe sharp pains in my abdomen each time I take them. Reading other reviews online people are saying the same things or something very similar. People have stated that the formula has changed and that the capsules are much smaller. Compared to other DE's I've taken, the capsules are extremely small. I would not recommend these to anyone unless you enjoy being in pain.
