I don't know how this probiotic is supposed to work, but when I took it, I turned inside out both front and back, I'll give a neutral review, let's assume it doesn't suit me

Best probiotic ever!
I am so beyond impressed with this probiotic! I have been suffering from digestive issues on and off now for a few years due to food intolerances and I’ve tried various probiotics within that time, even pharmaceutical grade and none of them compare to this one. I’ve never been able to actually “tell” if a probiotic is working because I could never tell the difference in how I was feeling especially if my digestive system was all over the place. THIS probiotic however is a different story! I have a normal BM within 24 hours of taking this! I can tell my stomach is digesting properly every day. I can feel myself get hungry like I should at certain times, I’m not bloated. I’m beyond impressed. This probiotic works for me. With my stomach issues I usually get really bad loose bowels and then it takes 7-10 days usually before I have any BM again. This probiotic I had one stomach issue bad and it took 48 hours to get me regular and I had another one a different day and it took 24hrs. I have been taking this less than a week! I know you’re probably thinking if I’m still having stomach issues it’s not working but trust me it is because for my body to regulate so quickly is impressive! Without it I’d be constipated until my next stomach issue. My issues now are just staying away from bad foods. Sometimes I test the waters to see what I can handle and that’s really all that messes me up. If I stay strict with my diet and with this probiotic I’m confident I’ll gain my weight back. I’m trying to gain 11lbs that I’ve lost over the past year that I’ve been struggling to gain back so I can go back to the gym. I’m so happy I found this gem! Honestly so impressed! Great job to the manufacturers on this one! You have a new customer for life!

Best Answer:  Oh, also if you have food allergies read about Gluten-free diet. Gluten sensitivity can cause stomach problems, among other things like Celiac disease.

Ah, and also if you are asking this because your dog has food allergies/environmental allergies give your dog a grain-free dog food & diet. Some very good dog foods will add probiotics to the food to help digestion. Something that is also very good for dogs with allergies is just giving them plain organic yogurt (again, it has probiotics in it). I do this with my dog who has allergies (grain-free food + yogurt), and it really has made a difference. She still has flare up's sometimes, but she's doing so much better and no more medicine or vet visits.
