CAUTION IF YOU HAVE IBS - contains microcrystalline cellulose
I don't see the ingredient listed on Vitamin Shoppe's site, but it is listed on the product I received--maybe it is a newly-added ingredient? Anyway, I was having significant issues and couldn't figure out why, looked at the label and realized this product contains microcrystalline cellulose. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect Probiotic.

  Oh, also if you have food allergies read about Gluten-free diet. Gluten sensitivity can cause stomach problems, among other things like Celiac disease.Ah, and also if you are asking this because your dog has food allergies/environmental allergies give your dog a grain-free dog food & diet. Some very good dog foods will add probiotics to the food to help digestion. Something that is also very good for dogs with allergies is just giving them plain organic yogurt (again, it has probiotics in it). I do this with my dog who has allergies (grain-free food + yogurt), and it really has made a difference. She still has flare up's sometimes, but she's doing so much better and no more medicine or vet visits.
