Directions

Adults begin with 1 capsule per day with 8oz. of water and gradually increase to 1 capsule 3 times per day. Best taken on an empty stomach. Not intended for children.

What is the shelf life of this product? Does it expire?

Best Answer:  All supplements would expire at some time. This supplement commonly has a shelf life of around 12 months, and an expiration date should be listed around the rim of the bottle or on the bottom.
