One of the best out there
I have been taking this for 6 months. It is a fantastic product and is loaded with all the good stuff. You can take 3 a day but I usually take only one. To be honest you don't need 3, your just going to urinate it out. Just for a heads up, the max 3 rates up as one of the top multivitamins. The one before it is, Rainbow Light. Although I have tried both, the Rainbow Light tends to make me bloated with gas. Not this product, it is much gentler on the stomach.

My whole family takes these, and we love them. They don't irritate your stomach like other supplements. We take them twice a day after breakfast and lunch.

Good Multivitamin
I take vitamins off and on and just started with this one. Not taking the full
3 it recommends since I do eat alot of greens and vegetables and fruit.
The tablets are large and I usually have a difficult time with swallowing large
tablets but have been able to get these down ok.

Love this vitamin!
I really like these vitamins, there is no added iron which causes me lots of "problems". I love the high b vitamin content as well as the vitamin D and Omega 3/6/9.

it says its an multiitamin witout iron...inte ingredients informations tere it says it contains eight MCG of iron.....its in the wrong catgory i guess......

Great Multi-Vitamin
I've used these for two years now and I couldn't be happier. As other people have mentioned, I do get a nice energy boost in the morning when I take them. I also haven't been sick for a long time, thanks to these... Highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a high quality multi that gives you much more than the typical vitamin on the market

A young man in the Vitamin Shoppe in my city recommended Alive! to me and I now have been taking them for several years. Great energy booster. I have my husband on them and many friends who also claim the energy boost. I also love the fact that its natural whole foods.

The website says this product does not contain "wheat grain" but it doesn't say anything about gluten. I suppose then it does contain gluten?

Best Answer:  I read the entire label on the bottle I have. However, gluten is a protein found in wheat and related grains. My guess is that this is gluten free but you better check with an expert.

A friend told me these are vegan vitamins. Then another told me there is carmine color added! I don't see the color in the other ingredients. Which friend should I listen to? Are these vitamins suitable for a vegan?

Best Answer:  If you're that paranoid about animal by-products then don't take them. Your vegan diet theoretically should meet your nutritional needs. My brother has been a vegan for 20 years & doesn't worry himself about such trivial things.

What are the benefits to the No Iron Added version of this vitamin?

Best Answer:  Too much iron is not good, especially for men. There’s increasing evidence from population, genetic, lab and animal studies that iron accumulation over the years may contribute to conditions such as atherosclerosis and diabetes, and that iron may speed up the aging process in general. Iron can be toxic to the nervous system and has been linked to a variety of neurological conditions, from strokes to Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. We should get enough iron from our diet and should not need it in our vitamin supplements unless a doctor finds that we are iron deficient.

I have this vitamin at home and it doesn’t show stearin acid as a vegetable source , magnesium stearate as a vegetable source and vegetable glycerin. I have recently been diagnosed with alpha gal. Mammalian animal products I can not have. Can you verify if theses are all vegetable sources and not animal? Thank you , Amy Tobin

Why does it say "NO IRON" and when I read the label it states "Iron (From Spirulina) 800 mg." Isn't that iron?
