I have been using this product for years and I am very satisfied as it helps me with regularity (specificaly during pregnancy) and also as a prevention against yeast infections.

My son had horrible colic and was crying day and night, so once I read about this product I drove right to the store to get it. I breast-fed my son exclusively and this probiotic passes thru the breast-milk if the mom takes it. Within three days, he was a different baby, happy, smiling and most importantly able to sleep and stay asleep! I ran out and thought maybe we didn't need it anymore, his colic started right back up again, so I know it was this supplement that helped. I also stopped drinking cow's milk and switched to the almond milk at the suggestion of my pediatrician. I have two other children at home, everyone in our house gets colds except for me and the baby. Usually I get hit the hardest with colds and viruses but now that I have been taking this I haven't caught anything!
