Best Answer:  It will not help you gain weight because cinnamon also increases your metabolism. Which may make you lose some weight.

On the label it says "Mens 50+" is the 50+ refering to age of person or potency of the product/formula? We are trying to conceive and I'm looking for a really good daily vitamin for my mid-thirties husband. What you you recommend?

Best Answer:  The 50+ means for men over the age of 50. I would recommend that you use Alive Once Daily for men, your husband is too young for the over 50 vitamin.

This is a very good vitamin; the best I've used and highly recommend it.
