GOOD WELL ROUNDED CHOICE
I was just looking for a good all encompassing Multi-vitamin / Multi-mineral supplement.
Alive has been a good choice at a reasonable price. The ingredients seem to be from natural sources and it's made in the USA.
I've gone through two bottles now and expect to continue.

Great Whole Food Multi
Great price and quality for a whole food multivitamin. I do recommend taking out the cyanacobalamin and replacing it with methylacobalamin (B-12). I recommend it to all my friends.

Great Multi V!!
This is an awesome Multi-V! I take 3 pills in the morning, and about 30min later I feel their effects. Great boost of energy. Also an awesome immune system booster. When people are sick around me most of the time I dont get sick, and if I do get sick I'm not sick nearly as long as they are!! Great Multi-V I wouldn't use anything else!!

Best Whole Food/Vitamin Supplement
Having tried many, I think this is obviously one of the best total vitamin/whole foods supplements available. Unlike some products, they don't skimp on the amounts of each ingredient, and I doubt that one can find a more COMPLETE supplement. Nature's Way is a reputable company that produces high quality supplements, and the price here at Vitamin Shoppe is irresistibly low. It's also nice that it's available with or without iron.

Great vitamins!
I started taking these about a year ago based on a recommendation from a personal trainer that also takes them. I LOVE them! I have never noticed a difference when taking vitamins before until I started using these. I just feel better in general. My dad and boyfriend started taking them and they love them, too.

I did a lot of research on these vitamins before purchasing and I really liked the fact that they had your daily fruits, veggies, multi vitamins and antioxidants in them. I first tried the powder formula in the apple cinnamon flavor and it was horrbile tasting! So I returned those and purchased the pills. I did notice more energy however I also had a horrible reaction to them. My face broke out, neck chest and back and also my arm. So I guess if your willing to take the chance make sure your not allergic.
