I order the protein in the big 10lb bags and I use it in the morning as an alternative to milk. I am impressed with the Vitaminshoppe because they shipped to me in Alaska for only $5. Amazon refuses to ship some products whey being one of them to Alaska.

Mixes easily with just water as well as non fat milk. Blend with ice for a "shake." The Vanilla ice cream flavor is a treat. Usually drink 2-3 of these a day before and after workouts.

I use this in shakes after workouts. It tastes good! The vanilla flavor easily blends with a variety of juices and fruits. The V8 (splash or splash smoothies) juices are great to mix with this: pina colada and berry pomegranate are awesome.There are good reviews for this product online, and the price per serving CAN be good.
