How is it for weight loss? I've been researching Raw fit high protein for weight loss but it seems a little pricey.

Best Answer:  Depends on you. I started taking it pre-workout but worked best after workout due to its fast absorption. I take four shakes a day due on workout days morning, pre, post and before bed
