It works for me.
This is one of the few supplements that I actually can feel the difference. I take a lot of supplements and I hope they're doing what I want them to do, but you don't actually feel the difference in your body except for maybe turmeric. but about two weeks after I started taking this, I can actually feel a difference.

Not sure if working, no way to tell, took it with Nutrient Packs but didn't see any improvement in my nails, skin, energy, etc, based on my experience.
