      Great because has 3 forms of magnesium

      Everything that I need at a great price
      Love the fact that I only have to take one of these to get all the magnesium I need. No upset stomach issues. I trust the Life Extension science and feel like i'm getting what I need without all of the capsules required by other forms of magnesium.

      Love this magnesium. A friend of mine said that she has been ordering it for years and it has helped her and her daughters become more regular(as she suffers from hard stool) it has helped me, as well. Love the magazine that came in t days mail!!

      I need a slow release of magnesium for migraine prevention and brain focus neuropathy.   Is this slow release? How big is the capsule?

      Best Answer:  The capsule is regular size..I would ask about the slow release when you go to the store to pick up? They would know better in store.
      They do work well though.. and I would definitely purchase again.
