Just right for me
I take Mag Caps in the morning and Mag Citrate with my second meal. I've done this for at least a decade and it helps keep me "regular"? magnesium is so important for our health and Life Extension is my only viable provider.

Best Answer:  About the same size as a tylenol capsule, not too big. My wife has a problem with large pills/capsules but she has no problems with these magnesium capsules.
