Inositol caused horrible stomach bloating and pain.
I am giving this 2 stars because I had severe stomach pain and bloating after taking this. I'm guessing it's due to an adverse reaction to the ingredient inositol, which is a sugar alcohol and known to cause symptoms like this. I was very hopeful this would work because of the Folate (as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate calcium salt) but in addition to the stomach pain, i.got a migraine within an hour of taking it. If you have sensitivities to sugar alcohols, be aware of the inositol in this supplement.
