Capsules are the best!
Thanks for keeping in capsule form. This is the only melatonin I buy and I've tried a bunch of different ones. I take about once a week or so when I am tossing and turning. I often have a little sbnack first if my stomach is growling. I then take and read with a dim book light for about twenty minutes. The melatonin works best in dark conditions. If still struggling listening to binaural beat tracks with headphones can Woolf wonders. Plenty of Fred apps for meditation and mediation music out there.

Short Shelf Life. BUYER BEWARE!
SHORT SHELF LIFE! BUYER BEWARE. This product expires in December 2022, about three months from now. Very poor practice to sell so close to expiration. I will not be able to use the 120 capsules before expiration.The clerk was not helpful. He said the store's practice is to keep product on the shelf until the month it actually expires. A good pharmacy or retail store would never sell products that are set to expire before they can be fully used.

How do you know if you should use the 1mg or the 3 mg?

Best Answer:  An individual choice... I used to only need 1 mg, but as I've gotten older I have more trouble falling and staying asleep and now use 3 mg.
