complimentary from newchapter Unfortunately I don't think this particular product is for me. I tried using the recommended amount from the label but it didn't help me stay asleep as night and I still woke up groggy (even more so than usual). It could just be that it didn't work with my body chemistry.

I have trouble sleeping consistently and have been looking for something to help that isn't pure melatonin. Magnesium is one of the more promising supplements, so I was super excited to try this.
