I take Astaxanthin to prevent sunburns and it is the most remarkable supplement. I do use a sun tan lotion, but for years burned anyway or was left without a tan. Now with Astaxanthin, I do not burn or have pain even if I turn a little pink. It is like a miracle to me and my family. We were in Florida this winter and I managed to brown up a bit, but with no pain or extreme redness. I did not use suntan lotion one day and only turned pink, but no pain. This spring during baseball practice my grandson used it and has not burned and is turning brown. He is a true redhead. Of course you should always use suntan lotion, too. Together they work miracles.

I am only 23, and yet I developed chest pains and tightening from sitting at a computer desk for 40 hours a week. At night the pain and discomfort would prevent me from sleeping. Little did I know, this discomfort was because of mild inflammation. Within two days of taking Astaxanthin, my chest pain and discomfort disappeared. I used up the bottle and did not replace it to see what would happen. It's only been three days, and already the chest discomfort has returned. So long as I have this desk job, I will continue to buy this product! Highly recommended!

I bought this product at the suggestion of Dr. Oz after I couldn't get the swelling to go down in my feet, ankles, and even legs. My doctor even doubled my lasix and the swelling still wouldn't go down. After only a few days on this product, the swelling went down and has stayed down. I take 4 mg of Astaxanthin once a day and probably will for the rest of my life. It's a miracle drug if you ask me. If it hadn't happened to me, I wouldn't have believed it. But it did. And I'm feeling better everyday!

I use astaxanthin for all its purported uses, but the relief of pain is the best thing for me. I have a ruptured disc from an accident. The doc said that the pain was caused by the proteins released from the disc causing inflammation. I read that the bad proteins would be eliminated faster with antioxidants, hence the pain would go away faster, and astaxanthin is the best. It really helps. Also, I had symptoms of fibromyalgia and I believe astaxanthin helped that too. I feel great when I use it regularly. I also give it to my athlete daughter to help her with concentration and muscle aches/fatigue.

After 5 days using Astaxanthin, I realized I had more energy. My outlook had changed for the better. I started taking this product after watching Dr Oz. He had a guest that shared his success with several vitamins & so I added Astaxanthin to my health program.

Have been taking this product for about 6 weeks! Has to be the best anti-inflammation supplement on the market with no side effects! I can't tell you how the inflammation in my neck and shoulders has gone away! Also, great anti-aging properties!
