I added this to my months-long established melatonin, magnesium glycinate and ashwaganda bedtime routine to help with sleep, especially staying asleep , and have noticed a difference.
I still do wake up middle of the night but much more into sleep (5 am perhaps rather than 2 or 3) and I do sleep better. I'm not dragging so much in the morning and during the day like I used to. I'm sure these work because I added them to an existing routine and found better results than before adding it.
I take 400 mg of this and 400 mg of the magnesium, .75mg (I use a pill cutter to cut 3 mg pills in half and then in half again) and One asheaganda to capsule. Build up slowly as these can all cause bathroom issues if you're not acclimated.
