Best Answer:  I've been using "Tonalin CLA" for more than 10 years. The product is great! It's been keeping my body fat under control. I've been very satisfying with the product. Again, it has been keeping my body lean all year long with no side effect for my body type....Best thing is check with your doctor prior to use it. You might be allergic to it!

How big is the capsule or softgel?

Best Answer:  I measured it to be an inch in length, about the same size of a vitamin E tablet. Because its a softgel they are very easy going down.

I used to take this product years back without any issues. I recently started taking it again and now whenever I take it, my body rejects it and I throw up until the pill is out of my system. Was the formula changed recently?

Best Answer:  Formulation changes aside, more importantly, I suggest you listen to your body, if it's rejecting the product there is a reason. Getting rid of materials through the intake or output in a non-normal fashion usually indicates that the body needs to get rid of it ASAP. You may want to mention this to your primary care physician to make sure nothing else is going on internally that is interfering with your body's ability to handle the supplement. The question I would pose: Is it the supplement or a fortunate early warning?

I was recommended taking this with meals in addition to Rasberry Ketones and Green Coffee Bean Extract. How much time should I allow between taking the pill and eating for optimal results?

Best Answer:  I don't know about the raspberry but I'm taking this, green coffee bean extract, omega fish oils, and multi-vitamins and it's working well. I take them with water about 20-30 minutes before I eat. It gives your body time to absorb it and enter your blood stream. I hope this helps!

What kind of diet should you have when taking this and how many times a day will this be taken?

Best Answer:  First started taking it several years ago based on advise from a weight loss doctor. He recommended two 1000 mg capsules 3 times per day. Took 4 capsules per day until recently. Stopped due to stomach problems. Wondered of this CLA (conjugated linoleic ACID) was causing the problem. Am now trying only 2 per day, have noticed more stomach discomfort but am not sure if these capsules.

I take 2 in the morning w/ a meal(fruit, oatmeal,etc), 2 before my workout(on a empty stomach) & 2 before I go to bed on a empty stomach... Is this a good idea?
