So wonderful!
This is a great amino acid that helps turn off my brain so I can actually sleep at night. It helps with turning off the fight or flight response so I take it anytime I notice my anxiety is going too far. I also have this on auto delivery so I don't risk running out!

I use L theanine everyday , 1 in the morning prior to starting work day and 1 before bed . Very useful for calming affects and does not in of itself make me sleepy or lethargic, by taking at night along with magnesium, promotes better sleep and also assist with those middle of night wake ups

Take it with the 5-htp and you will see a difference! I take the 5-htp at night and I take the L-Theanine in the morning. Taken Together I see a difference. They balance each other.
