      Excellent natural alternative to pain relievers to treat menstrual cramps. I started taking it a couple days before my period and throughout. I experienced fewer cramps, and those I did have were less severe than normal.Very effective, a good price, and high quality.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
