This product helps me relax and sleep

I take 3 capsules each evening about 2-3 hours before going to bed. I take it with a small snack. My favorite snack with Coral Calcium Plus are some cheddar goldfish crackers. About an hour later, I can feel myself calming down and getting very relaxed. It helps me get a good night of uninterrupted sleep. I like that in addition to the true coral calcium from Okinawa, I am getting source minerals that my body needs.

Really helps me relax and sleep

I take 3 capsules every evening about an hour before bedtime. I take a small snack with it for better absorbtion. I notice that I get very relaxed. I call it my "zen" state. I drift off to sleep. It hasn't failed me so far. I chose this one because the coral calcium is from Okinawa the true source of coral calcium.
