      This CoQ10 comes in a gelcap, not in powdered form, so I don't have to worry about making sure that I take it with fatty food or fish oil so that it gets absorbed. As far as I can tell the jury is still out on the ubiquinone/ubiquitol question (not enough scientific studies yet?), so I switch off between this (ubiquinone) and the more expensive ubiquitol (sold by VS as MD Select CoQ10). But both are softgels, easy to swallow and more absorbable than tablets or capsules of powder, which is what matters most to me in buying CoQ10.

          My orthopedist STRONGLY recommended taking CoQ10 on a daily basis to assist with post-exercise pain. Apparently it aids muscle recovery.
