Could not take regular Vitamin C as my stomach would not tolerate it, however, this product has never bothered me. I was also advised by a doctor that this would help my circulation.

Take your Vitamins!
take it 3 times a day with a sip of water. It will not upset your stomach because it is buffered, no problem there. Everyone should take Vitamin C ever day because it will prevent the onset of colds in many cases.
It's easy to take and there are absolutely no Cons!
