Cap are better than taps.
I like this product, my body likes like product. I can sense what works best for my body between the various types of C and brands.

I have found by sensing that caps are more more effective for me, think tabs are harder for my body to break down and use.

What is the ratio of citric acid ascorbic acid is in your Vitamin C?

Best Answer:  There is no citric acid. This is Calcium Ascorbate, which is Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) buffered with Calcium to make it non-acidic and gentle on the stomach. It also contains Citrus bioflavanoids which help you absorb and use the Vitamin C, as well as being good for the adrenals and other things, but there is no citric acid.
