Potent Multivitamin
I've been taking this for years. Originally I took the pills, but a few of them are what some may consider "horse pills" instead you can just mix this up with water or as I mix it with my pre-workout or fat burner powders. 1 scoop is enough for most unless you're competing at a high level.
