It's good, but I'd really prefer it to be in a dissolvable, under the tongue format like other B-12 supplements. It takes a weird amount of time for lozenge to break down. Not super long, but too long.

Best Answer:  It can if low B12 is the source of your lethargy. Several things can cause it and not all are improved with more b12

  The 2 aren't necessarily linked. The likelihood is that it is, but if you need to be sure, buy 1 that specifically states gluten free on the bottle.

  I have not heard of that as a problem with B12 methylcobalamin. My husband and son have taken it for years with no problems. You should probably stop taking it and talk to your physician.

  I've heard too much can make you itch. All you need to do is cut back your amount or frequency and the itching should stop
