Absolutely love this multi. I took them my before, during, and after pregnancy. I noticeably feel better after taking them. I felt confident that baby was getting the nutrients he needed while I was pregnant and there is no better feeling.

Superior to most prenatals
I really did a lot of research on supplements and am really happy with this product. I like that they use methylated folate and cobalamine. I liked the amounts they used when you compare to daily recommended amounts/upper limits. More is not always better. I do still supplement with fish oils, vit D3/K2, and magnesium on top of these multivitamin. I don't expect a multivitamin to be perfectly tailored to each individual's needs. This is a great overall parental. The regular size are almost impossible to get down. So the minis are kind if a must since they're not coated. They have sort of a citrus flavor to them even though they're not chewable. I love that they send me an email asking if I'm ready for me refill before billing me. Debbie in customer service was super helpful when I had questions about correcting my address. The only thing I would change is I wish they were coated soft gels like my fish oil and vit d supplements, they're not bad to get down though. Also, I have a very sensitive GI tract, never any upset, although I always take them with food.

I don't mind pills but
I don't mind pills but I think the after taste even though it's not horrible can make it hard to want to take these 2 tablets each day. Esp if you deal with nausea already and/or take other pills already. I may continue these again. Just trying something different for now.
