I first heard of mega food through an online influencer. She talked about how her iron levels improved without any side effects. So by the time I got pregnant and my doctor said I need to be on pre natals and take iron supplements, I tried mega food and I'm so glad I did. I'm in my third trimester with twins and my iron levels are on point and the pre natals that I take work very well for me. There's no weird smell like you get from other brands. The best of the best
I've taken them with to two prior pregnancies and now again with my third! I personally feel like these helped me to set the foundation of my little one's healthy and wellbeing. I also added the dha and choline. I took the postnatal & choline while I breastfed. My girls have been happy and healthy, growing like weeds. I recommend megafood to everyone I know that gets pregnant.

Nutrient Dense and Easy to Take
I've been taking this prenatal for over a year and have been very happy with it. One of the main reasons I chose this brand in particular is the amount of vitamins it provides and quality ingrediencts. Unlike other prenatals I've tried, it doesn't make me nauseous, and the number of pills is much more manageable and easier to stick with every day.

Whole food vitamin
I have been on this prenatal for two and a half years now! These came recommended from a Mama book I read, and my doctor said to just continue while I am nursing so here I am! I had a really rough pregnancy including lots of nausea, but these were always gentle on my stomach. I do split the dose and do one in the morning and one before bed.

Two pregnancies ago a midwife recommended Megafood Prenatals to me, and I loved them so much that I splurge for them every pregnancy now. Bummer that they don't include
Bummer that they don't include DHA and you have to buy a whole other jar, so I ended up switching to another all-inclusive prenatal. Also, if you have any kind of nausea/gag reflex, buy the minis because these are HUGE and such a struggle in the early pregnancy days.
