Helping to normalize everything
As a diabetic, I'm always looking for ways to better metabolise sugars, and berberine is very helpful for that reason alone. High absorption is always good, and the healthful benefits are amazing. Since my sugars are more than twice the "normal range" that this is supposed to operate in, I may not see results for quite a while, though any assistance in sugar metabolism and insulin receptors is good.
