Ready to supply joint relief
Fantastic product, 1 scoop per day or as needed will loosen your stiff joints. Great for us part time exercisers/old folks. Unflavored, mixes well with drink enhancers and down the hatch. Note; do not sip casually! A slight after-taste, but hardly worth writing home about. Feel good, be good, look good. We all need a little help these days, let BodyTech Glutamine be that go to product!

More affordable.
This brand is more affordable than the Vitamin Shoppe brand, however the Vitamin Shoppe brand tastes better by far. I still recommend this because of the price and the taste is tolerable and after awhile of not using the Vitamin shoppe brand the taste becomes negligible.

Glutamine is an essential amino acid
We take a lot of supplements in the hope that they will benefit us. Glutamine is good on so many levels- do the research. From bodybuilding, recovery to immune and gut health glutamine is important. Some reviewers complain it tastes bad or does not mix well so here's the solution. Before dinner, every day: mix one teaspoon of Benefiber with one teaspoon of Metamucil orange flavor with one teaspoon glutamine in 16oz cup. mix quick and guzzle then chase with water. You only taste the orange flavor. EVERYONE needs more fiber. Since you drink before dinner the glutamine gets absorbed quickly into the system.

Good product, decent price
I use glutamine along with several other supplements to help me reach my fitness goals, I take it 2-3 times a day depending on how hard I'm training.... I definitely notice a difference in muscle soreness and recovery, I always put in my morning protein shake and in with my BCAA's before and after my workout. People may complain it doesn't taste good (bitter) or smells funny.... it's suppose to, it's an amino acid... get over it and put it in something you like and don't put your nose in the container

Great for IBS/Leaky Gut
I know this is for muscle recovery but it also does wonders if you have IBS/leaky gut! I take between 2-3 spoonfuls of this daily and my stomach problems have disappeared! L-Glutamine is an amino acid that acts as a direct fuel source for the cells in your gut lining which gives your gut the ability to build and maintain a healthy gastrointestinal environment. I hope this helps anyone looking for answers!

What is the difference between glutamine powder and glutamine powder mixed BCAA?

Best Answer:  The type of glutamine used in each powder is seemingly the same, however, one product includes glutamine alone and the other includes the aminos Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine (BCAAs) along with the glutamine. It should be noted that the amount of glutamine per serving is less in the mixed product. However, if you are using this product as a post-workout, recovery agent (recommended) then I would recommend taking both BCAAs and glutamine. For optimal results, try to get 3-5 grams of glutamine and 5-10 grams of BCAAs post workout with your protein shake. (Beta-Alanine and Creatine are also great additions to pre and post workout shakes to help muscle growth and recovery).
